Ponzio Properties was formed by our principal, Bruce Ponzio, who has been integral in bridging local and national businesses with commercial property in the El Paso Area. For over 40 years, Bruce has been the trusted go-to commercial real estate source for many of El Paso’s established and most trusted names, and he was awarded Co Star’s Power Broker Award.

Our company has assisted many organizations with their expansion plans in the El Paso area. Because of our extensive connectivity with many of the principals in this market, we are able to locate and negotiate on our clients' behalf, enabling them to expand and grow in this vibrant El Paso Region.
